The cost of producing a professional image should not be prohibitive. Companies deserve to get the most value they can for their investment. This is why DTF is committed to assisting businesses to succeed through their printed material and online and electronic presence.

WHAT WE DO

LOGO DESIGN / BRANDING

A consistent brand identity is essential for any company. Branding is an effective marketing tool that conveys your company’s individual function and qualities.

DTF designs logos and creates brand identities for a variety of businesses. We can design a whole new identity for use across all your documentation and communications, or we can work with your existing logo and incorporate a fresh look.

BROCHURES / CATALOGUES

The fundamental purpose of any brochure, catalogue or publication is to present information in a clear and concise way while at the same time standing out from the crowd. Whether you are using existing material or beginning from scratch and whether you are developing a product brochure, a direct mail item or something large such as a book or catalogue, we can assist you through the process. If required we can manage the print production process for you or alternatively you can liaise with the printer yourself obtaining printing quotes etc. and we will supply the final print files.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

Promotional material can on take many forms; from traditional print media and signage to electronic or online advertising. Print advertising is ideal for building brand awareness. Flyers, rack cards and leaflets are often short term forms of advertising and need to be punchy and right on target to reach potential customers. Online advertising is fleeting and often you only get one shot to interact with potential customers.

Regular email newsletters and campaigns are a cost effective way to keep in touch with your customers and have the added bonus that it is easy to measure their effectiveness.

WEB DESIGN

An increasing number of businesses are choosing to have an internet presence to market their services and products. This presence needs to be seamless with existing marketing material. Your website needs to not only look good, but more importantly it needs to be functional, easy to use and always up-to-date.

Today it is imperative that websites be responsive and work across all the major browsers and devices, including smartphones, laptops and tablets. Websites need to be simple and intuitive to use so visitors to the site can find what they need quickly, whether it be products, information or contact details.

LARGE FORMAT / SIGNAGE

Signage design is an important aspect of your overall branding. After all this is what is seen initially and first impressions do last.

Any display signage whether it be posters, banners, footpath signs, premises signage or trade show signage, has to be attention-getting and attractive. It has to be bold and memorable and equally important it has to be durable to withstand the test of time and location conditions.

LABEL / PACKAGING DESIGN

Product packaging needs to help customers not only recognise your brand but also select your brand. Today consumers are spoilt for product choices so your packaging needs to be distinctive and true to your brand. It needs to stand out and be simple, clear and concise to get your message across.

We have experience in packaging and label design ranging from small equipment labels to product packaging for food items, beverages and home linen products.

HOW WE WORK

We are flexible and will work to suit your needs.

If printing is required, we can take care of the whole process from quote requests to delivery of the printed goods to you. If you have a preferred printer, we can work with them and provide ready-to-print files.

For digital output we can create a shared Dropbox folder for easy access and file transfer.

Our aim is to meet or exceed your expectations. We will work with you to help identify and specify your requirements, then project manage your work through to completion and sign-off.
Initial contact
Depending on your preference we can communicate via email, phone or meet face-to-face to establish your requirements and discuss your project. From there we will create a proposal document and quote for the project.
Timing
If you have a set deadline in mind, we will need to know upfront so the project can be planned and the deadline achieved.
Design stage
Depending on the scale of the work involved, we will research the project within your industry and develop draft ideas for consideration.
Initial design
We will present initial ideas to you and this will be your first opportunity to see what we have created for your designed items. After you have taken time to consider initial designs, we will get your feedback on any revisions required.
Revisions
As part of the process there may be some tweaks or further options required, whether it be image changes, font selection or colour variations.
Preparation for final output
After final approval on the design, we will prepare the final output. If print, we will supply print-ready files for either your own selected printer or if you wish we can organise this for you.
